Feature Project - Reader Service www.readerservice.com/

readerservice.com was redesigned to service the needs of new and existing customers better. For new customers the objective was to get her to sign up for the right series and for existing customers the objective was to get her to easily manage her account through customer self service or easily enroll in another subscription.

Target Market
Age of new customer is 40+
Age of existing customer is 60+.

The design esthetics as well as the site functionality had to reflect this audience.
